Can I cancel my order after I have paid?

Refunds will not be offered due to change of mind or circumstance, however if you contact us and provide at least one (1) week notice, we will happily send you a credit voucher to use at another suitable time.

Can you deliver to our BnB / local accommodation?

We sure can! We offer deliveries each Saturday to all local accommodation properties around Daylesford and within a 50km radius. We are currently offering contactless delivery meaning your picnic box will be left on your doorstep, and you will receive a text message once it’s been delivered. We have limited availability for delivery so make sure you order ahead of your stay!

What if lock-down / a covid-related issue prevents me from being able to get to the market to pick up my pre-paid picnic box?

If there is a COVID lockdown which either prevents you from getting to the market, or from us being able to set up a stall at the markets, you will be contacted to arrange either:

  • a full refund of the amount paid
  • a credit voucher to use another time 
  • an alternative covid-safe pick-up/drop-off if you are a local resident. 

Wet weather arrangements

If inclement weather means it is not suitable to set up a stall at the market, all pre-orders will be contacted to arrange delivery to your local accommodation, or an alternative local sheltered drive-in pick-up point.

Can I customise my picnic box?

Feel free to contact us if you have any specific requests & we will endeavour to help, however at the current time we’re unable to commit to special customisations, requests or dietary requirements other than gluten free (available to select upon checkout).
